Looking for a more efficient (in terms of size-functionality ratio) source of envelopes and modulation than Maths for my performance case, I decided to build Stages.
I managed to totally screw up my first attempt when I ripped out some traces after poorly soldering the MCU.
The second attempt went much better. This is a seriously heavy build though – I did the 0603 conversion because frankly, my eyes aren’t good enough for 0402 and I find actually soldering under magnification a bit weird.
I had a nightmare trying to connect to the STM to flash it and ended up replacing a few components that may have overheated and reflowing the thing about 10 times before I got it to connect.
Now I just need to calibrate it…
Edit: successfully calibrated and oh my! This thing is amazing! Takes care of everything I wanted it to, and much, much more. Loads of fun to be had here.
