I was recently sent a PCB/panel for a triple sample and hold module, designed by Forest Caver and based on the S&H section of the Mutable Instruments Kinks module.
I had everything I needed to build it left over from previous builds, so decided to put it together.
It’s a small, but quite dense build and the op amps in particular were very tricky as they only just fit on the pads. In fact, I think I killed one of them as I missed a pad, then had to desolder the chip, which I’m guessing got far too hot during the process. As a result, only two of the S&H sections are working at the moment. I’ll replace the op amp at some point, for now I’m happy with a dual S&H!
EDIT: Now fully operational!
